What is wellness care?
Wellness care, sometimes called maintenance care, is what comes after your treatment plan. Instead of waiting for pain to flare up again, you check in periodically so we can catch stiffness, tight muscles, or old habits before they turn into a problem.
Who it's for
- People with a history of recurring back or neck pain
- Athletes and active people in training
- People with physical jobs or long hours at a desk
- Anyone who wants to stay mobile as they age
What a wellness visit includes
- A quick check of how you're moving and feeling
- Adjustments and soft tissue work where needed
- Updates to your exercise plan as you get stronger
Always your choice
Wellness care is never required. When your treatment plan is done, we'll tell you honestly whether check-ins would help you, and how often. You decide what works for you.
Where we see you
We have two offices, both inside Parkway Athletic Club and open to everyone, no gym membership needed. South Reno is on Double Diamond Parkway, close to Damonte Ranch and South Meadows. Sparks is on East Lincoln Way, near The Outlets at Legends.
