Born and raised in Reno, Dr. Covert earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Nevada, Reno, then his chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, West Campus, graduating magna cum laude as salutatorian.
He is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training, corrective exercise, and physique and bodybuilding coaching.

With a background in neuroscience and certifications in personal training and corrective exercise, Dr. Covert treats more than the spot that hurts. He looks at how you move, finds the source of the problem, and combines the right tools for it: chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, spinal decompression, focused shockwave therapy, and corrective exercise.

Justin Alberts, D.C.
Dr. Justin Alberts earned an Associate’s degree in Natural Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Science, and his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Originally from Grass Valley, California, Dr. Alberts is passionate about helping patients of all ages reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
His commitment to serving others has also taken him abroad, including a service trip to Tonga where he provided chiropractic care to underserved children and members of the local community.
Dr. Alberts takes a comprehensive approach to care by looking beyond symptoms and identifying the postural, lifestyle, occupational, and environmental factors that may contribute to pain and dysfunction. His goal is not only to help patients feel better, but to address the underlying factors contributing to their condition so they can stay active and continue doing the things they love.
